a) Obtain Self Attested copy of applicant's
PAN
Card or Any photo Identity Proof
b) Require Self Attested copy of any one of the latest bill of WATER / ELECTRICITY / POWER /
TELEPHONE / CREDIT CARD or VOTER’S ID CARD / DRIVING
LICENSE/PASSPORT in the applicant’s name for address confirmation.

# You need to attach your Trade License or equivalent license of company and one authorisation letter on your company letter head as per letter format given in the Class 3b application form.

# Alongwith copy of Partnership deed / agreement.
Documents required For Private Limited / Limited company / Organization:
# Company's authorization letter mentioning that `Applicants is authorized to apply for Class-3 DSC on behalf of company..... ' as per letter format given in the Class 3b application form. )
# Company's PAN Card
# Company's COI (certificate of Incorporation)
# Company's Memorandum / Articles of Association.
